Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, or damaged products. We do offer jewelry repair as well. Just ask.
Is there a way to return in person?
As of this time we do not have a brick n mortar store. Returns will be handled by email and return label to a designated mail box.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange you can send an email to hancockcreations@yahoo.com put in the title box return or exchange and ATTN Amber. Your return will be handled in order it was received.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! We have a variety of options available but all exchanges have to match the original price of item you would like to exchange.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed as soon as I can if you contact me after you place an order we can try to make it right for you.
Do you offer pre-orders?
At this time we do not offer preorders. This policy can change in the future
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. We will provide a tracking number in the email.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ days or your package is missing, Please reach out to us by email and we will try to make it right.

Do you offer choices for earring hooks?
We offer a variety of different earring styles. We have fishhook, clasp hook, clip on, and ball stud. We have something for everyone
Can I return or exchange if I decide I don't like it?
Yes we do we want you to love what you order.
Do you offer hypoallergenic items
We do! We use Nickel free metal for those with metal sensitivities.
